Tragus is managed in the UK by its Board of Directors ('The Board'), comprising a Non-executive Chairman, three Executive Directors and three representatives of Blackstone. The Board is the company’s decision making body. Day to day operations of Tragus’ business is the responsibility of the Management Board which is made up of the three Executive Directors and three Non Executive Directors.
